BrainQuest ("we", "us", or "our") is a free trivia and quiz app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
BrainQuest is designed to be used without creating an account. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, location, or device identifiers.
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking frameworks.
BrainQuest may save your quiz scores, progress, and preferences locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults or local files). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
BrainQuest is currently free and does not offer in-app purchases. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly. All purchases, if introduced, will be processed securely by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy.
BrainQuest does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since we collect no personal data at all, the app is safe for all ages. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly address the concern.
BrainQuest does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect user data. No data is shared with third parties.
